(6) I hereby release 420 Online and all it’s officers, employees, service providers from any liability or injury that may result from receiving their services.

(8) I understand that use of street slang terms in emails, chats. or phone conversations may result in denial of services.
(9) We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
(10) I am capable of making my own decisions.
(11) I am under the case or advise of a medical professional who has conducted an examination and recommended one of the products in 420 Online for me.
(12) I can not return any products that I have purchased under any circumstances.
(13) I clearly understand that all products & information received through drive420.com are provided AS and without warranty, express or implied. All implied warranties of merchantability, therapeutic effects, fitness and taking this product for a particular use, effect or purpose are hereby excluded.
(14) In no event will 420 Online be liable to me or anyone else for any damages or injury caused by ingestion of these product or by its misuse or improper use, or action taken by me in reliance on information or views either verbal or in literature purchase through drive420..com or for any incidental, consequential, special, or similar damages.
(15) I agree to relieve 420 Online of any liability, if any, for damages (including, without limitation, liability arising from physical harm caused by any ingestible products, liability arising out of contract, negligence, strict liability, tort, shall not exceed the cost of the product which I purchased from 420 Online
(16) In no event shall 420-online.org be liable under any damages other than the amount paid by me for product. Any and all other damages, direct or indirect, special, incidental, consequential or punitive, are hereby excluded.
(17) I do not intend to use this product for any illegal purposes. I understand that these products are not intended for illegal use in conjunction with any illegal substances.
(18) I have clearly read and understand any and all cautions & warnings, included but not limited to the warnings printed on the label (if any) and any additional Warnings & Cautions.
